HANDS OFF LA HANDS OFF OUR VOTES

They’re making it harder for you to vote. Here’s how we stop them.

In LA, ordinary working people like you drive our city. We keep it moving, and because of us, California is the 4th largest economy in the world. But billionaires are making it harder for us to care for our families, including by making it harder for us to vote.

The same billionaires and corporations driving up our rent and the price of gas and groceries are putting up new hoops and roadblocks to keep eligible people from voting.

Because they know our votes set the rules for our health care, the cost of gas and groceries, even our paychecks.

Across the country – and here at home – we're seeing the same playbook:

  • Making it harder to register, cast a ballot, or know if it will be counted

  • Using fear and intimidation to keep people away from the polls

  • Spending big money to back candidates who'll do their bidding and drown out our voices

BILLIONAIRES MAKE OUR LIVES HARDER. NOW THEY’RE MAKING VOTING HARDER.

Life is hard enough in this billionaire economy. Voting shouldn’t be.

GET READY TO PROTECT OUR VOTES.

This isn't about one party or one candidate. It's about whether working Angelenos get a real say in decisions that affect our rent, our jobs, our safety and our families.

Last summer, when our communities faced real threats from ICE, Angelenos across this city –organizers, faith leaders, small business owners, neighbors – came together. Now we're doing it again. This time to make sure every eligible Angeleno can vote, and that every vote gets counted.

We're training people to know their rights, monitor their local polling places, and make sure every vote counts.
