This election we voted for our health care, to lower the rents and gas prices. We voted to stop the billionaire corruption of our government and billionaire attacks on our families, communities and constitutional rights.
Trump and his billionaire allies have been interfering and sabotaging our CA elections for months so they can keep us living paycheck to paycheck while they make record profits. They have been spreading lies and confusion, creating chaos and trying to stop us from voting. They have no signs of stopping even after the election.
We may not yet know the full extent of what their sabotage will be, but we do know we can't stop. We must be ready to defend our votes. Last summer, when our communities faced real threats from ICE, Angelenos across this city –organizers, faith leaders, small business owners, neighbors – came together. Now we're doing it again. This time to make sure every eligible Angeleno can vote, and that every vote gets counted.
